Unsure whether your goods are suitable? Send us the details and we will take a look. Every enquiry is considered individually.
We cannot purchase counterfeit, stolen, prohibited or unsafe goods. We may ask for evidence that you own the goods or are authorised to sell them.
What we need from you
Accurate information helps us assess your goods properly and respond without unnecessary questions. Please include:
- ■The town and postcode where the goods are located along with your preferred contact details.
- ■The number of items, boxes, units or pallets and your expected price, if you have one in mind.
- ■A stock list or spreadsheet where larger quantities are involved.
- ■The condition, including packaging, marks, damage, missing parts and whether the goods have been tested.
- ■Photographs of the actual items rather than catalogue or stock images.
- ■A clear description of the goods including the brand, model, part number or product code where available.
A straightforward purchasing process
Send the details
Complete the enquiry form with a description, quantity, condition, location and photographs.
We review the goods
Our team assesses the information and may contact you for further details, photographs or an inspection.
We make an offer
If the goods are suitable, we will make a direct, no-obligation offer. You decide whether you would like to accept it.
We agree the arrangements
Once a price is agreed, we confirm the payment method and collection or delivery arrangements before the transaction goes ahead.
Francis Lloyd purchases goods for its own stock. We do not market or sell goods on another person’s behalf.
How we assess your goods
Our assessment may take account of the product type, condition, quantity, completeness, current demand, location, testing requirements and the costs of collection, handling, storage and resale.
Because Francis Lloyd purchases goods for resale, an offer will not normally be the same as the price the products might eventually achieve when sold individually.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that we will make an offer, and neither party is committed until the price and arrangements have been agreed.
